Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Very horrible establishment, the employees are very stupid, uneducated, and just plain out dumb, they mess up orders, on November 20, 2017 approximately around 9:05pm my friend and I go in to get something to eat and I gave the very stupid airheaded cashier my order and I was under the impression that she took my order and all she did was BS/talked and I was starting to feel that my friend and I were waiting for the order, where's the food? The cashier tells me that the food wasn't ordered and that was boldface LIE, I was very enraged and I said to my friend, let's go, and the management at Jack in the Box needs to examine their employees and see if they're confident enough to be employed there, I don't make the decisions however the young lady that work the cashier there last night deserves to be terminated for not following through with a very simple ordered and because of it I will not go to that Jack in the Box anymore I will go to the one on Avalon...

Late night the fries are never fresh unless there’s too many people in line for them to give old reheated fries to. Also they discriminate towards blacks. One time when I was ordering the girl told me EBT is inside when I never asked about EBT nor had it. She claimed they let everyone know but I didn’t hear her say it to anyone else the whole time I was there. Was there at midnight and the girl forgot my drink and didn’t give fresh fries. I had to turn around and wait back in line and when I gave my receipt to ask for fresh fries and my drink they treated me like I gave them the wrong receipt from earlier in the day when they literally just saw me...

I have been coming to this location for year's lately the night shift has been messing up my orders. They are serving burn chicken sandwiches. And the chicken tenders are extremely hard. The fries are cold. As if the food has been sitting all day. It's a waste of my time and gas. It's happened to me twice, they never answer the phone. I let it go but a third time now. I can't.
