Absolutely horrible and that's very hard for me to say because I love KFC but today was the last straw I most likely will not be coming back especially to this location i had yet another long day at work running a mobile grooming business i live in Encino but when i have jobs in this area i go to this kfc to eat today i went at about 8 o'clock with my husband to eat we ordered smokey mountain bbq basket and i ordered the famouse bowl like always first sign of something was off the lady at the register was flirting with customers instead of doing her job she says here is your food beautiful i said is everything there she said yes i then said can i get ranch dressing she said we are out till they deliver more okay so now i get in my truck drive 30 minutes home to see she gave me my husbands dinner but forgot mine completely im so upset because then my hungry husband had to split his food with me which by then i ended up not eating because it tasted disgusting no flavor and the chicken. I swear it was just all batter no chicken to make matters worse once all this happened I started thinking back to when we were actually there and I saw them serve two other people before they served somebody that had already gone through the drive-thru and then had to proceed to come into the KFC to wait another 15 minutes for their food so disappointed and hangry...

I came here to get dinner for my family it was no line at all so I thought it was great, after I ordered my meal I was told that I had to pull back behind a line so the timer will stop. ( I guess that's a protocol that they do and that's fine and dandy) but when they waved me back to receive my food,the two employees on schedule were laughing and shooting jokes. It made my wife feel very uncomfortable.
And another thing it's okay to have employees with tattoos but if they're going to have tattoos on their face and work for your establishment they should know how to handle professionally and accordingly
First of all it's no line and it's no customers in the store, so if you do need me to back up behind a sensor for 10 minutes, it shouldn't be no jokes or playing around at the time of business especially on a customer's order.

Read moreHorrible service.cashier was flirting with the customer in front of me .he did not want anything to do with the person.we start to order and she gets sode tracked by someone else who came in.very rude!takes our order,which was very simple,then forgets one of our items a famous bowl.meanwhile a crowd is building up from people who were in the drive thru who had ordered items that were taking double the time to make.we could not go back as we were headed back home to the valley and did not notice they had forgotten the item.how hard is it to put things on a bag and i should not have to double check.thats their one job is to make sure the items are in the bag.then hit a button to remove it from the order system.i will definitely report this...
