United Medical Imaging of Gardena — Local services in Gardena

I hate to leave negative reviews on business but I must. I have called about10 times yesterday and today and no answer. I was in there about a week ago and they have a LARGE staff.

There about 5 workers sitting at their desk "working". You're telling me that between those 5 works and 10 calls that not ONE employee could answer and take a 2-3 minute call.

Don't get me started on the mistake of last week. There was a mistake that someone made. They said my Dr. is the only one who could correct it and that I have to reschedule. I called my Dr maybe 45 mins later and was told UMI had already corrected this. If they could have corrected it, then why send me home. WORST, why not call me immediately and tell me to drive back if I want to be seen that day.... I WILL TELL YOU WHY. My appt was at 330pm and it was likely corrected by 4pm, they close 5pm. God forbid they had to stay an extra 10-20 minutes.

I have lost all faith in humanity. Employees no longer posses Customer Service. They are there for a paycheck and not to assist their fellow human, especially when they are going through rough times. If someone needs a MRI, they must be going through trying times. Instead of trying to bring someone up, they stare at us while we're...

On Monday, May 24th, 2021. I had an appointment at 3:30pm at UMI with Nurse Laura who was so nice and kind and also very knowledgeable about my exam. She made be feel very comfortable. She made my day, a very pleasant person and she had me walking out of that exam feeling great. Thank you Laura for your sweet spirit. Also I want to say I've been there to this place twice in one week and I forgot the name's of the other two nurses whom I met and they two were very kind and so wonderfully helpful and so nice, in fact even the front desk staff members...I love this place because they are so caring. God...

This has been by far one of the best experiences I've had with having an XRay done. Like I said I needed xray and I walked in no appointment and the beautiful young lady at the counter took my information. Great customer service. I filled out paperwork. I kid u not I was there for less than 40min. Process and everything. The technician was very professional and had me out of there in less than 10min. I Give it 5 stars.
