It’s called HUSTLERS Casino for a reason. I feel like the blackjack shufflers were rigged, the table requested the cards be reshuffled due to the dealer always ending up with 20 but the outcome was no different. The dealer would rarely bust, often building up cards that would add up to 19-21, or just have a pair of tens. On top of that, this casino takes $1 commission on every hand you play which was very strange to me. Finally, I didn’t like how after leaving the casino I wanted to sit in my car for a bit since (parking lot was half empty) I had a bit of time to burn before going to where I had to be after and the security approached me telling me that I either had to leave or play at the casino. Overall a terrible experience and I don’t think I would come back.
Some suggestions I would give the casino management to improve the experience for us players would be to: • Eliminate the $1 commission on every hand, it makes zero sense to have to pay the casino in order to play blackjack, especially when we have the option of just leaving and going to a different casino that doesn’t have the commission • Get rid of the 6:5 blackjack and introduce 3:2 blackjack, nobody wants to play 6:5 when 3:2 exists • Hand shuffle the decks in front of the players, this will give players the peace of mind in regards to the fairness and integrity of the table games. I speak on behalf of most players when I say that none of us like automatic shufflers. A bad shoe happens but the dealer beating the players every hand is beyond a bad shoe • Train the dealers to be more empathetic and fun, from a couple of jokes to a good attitude and energy, a fun dealer makes the experience so much more enjoyable whether we win or lose and makes players want to tip the dealers more and could also make players want to return • Tell security to do their job of ensuring the safety of the casino rather than pointlessly kicking players out of the parking lot, if the parking lot is already mostly empty, why does it matter if I’m just sitting in my car for a couple minutes? • Open new blackjack tables such as free bet, it seems to be a very popular game these days and would attract a lot more people • Create a welcoming ambience, I felt like there was zero ambience when I went to play and it definitely contributed to my poor experience. Put on some background music, dim the room a bit as lighting can create some great ambience, improve quality of the drinks as I’m seeing that’s a...

Read moreThis review is strictly for the bathroom and nothing else. While I can’t speak on the gambling portion or the food that they serve. I can speak on the bathroom they provide. Where else can you find a clean bathroom in the middle of the night in LA. Like at 1:30AM in the morning. Let me tell you. There is pretty much nothing besides Norm, and Denny’s that would even let you use their restroom. I have this little gem of a diamond here that is open 24hrs and it’s clean! Plus it’s safe cause you know people have to go through a metal detector. So you can poop and pee in peace and not have to worry about the stall next to you shooting up the dam place. The only machine gun you might hear is the person in the next stall with diarrhea coming out at a machine gun rate. This is our little secret so don’t go and tell everyone. Cause if you do the gig is up and everyone is gonna have to find a new spot to...
