Ting is absolutely incredible. Her technical skills are phenomenal; she's knowledgable, attentive, and meticulous. She's able to take inspo pictures and make them come to life in a way that suits your nails and skin tone (unlike most other places that try to replicate the photo exactly). I love that she's friendly and engaging without being intrusive or awkward. She clearly takes pride in her work and will always make sure you leave with wonderful nails. One time, I realised on my way home that one of my nails hadn't cured fully and the shiny top layer had come off. She immediately made time for me and fixed it within the same day. She also uses high-end Japanese products that last forever and make your nails super shiny.

She is the best at what she does and you'd be mad to go to anyone else for your nails. I would still be going to her if I hadn't moved...

This place was really great! Her at-home studio was stylish, organized, and clean. Ting knows what she is doing and is very attentive and gentle when doing your nails. She is also very knowledgable about nail care and art, and makes a point to keep a conversation going! The owner canceled my appointment 17 hours before, with no real apology—just a quick ‘here’s another time.’ When I couldn’t make it, they canceled completely without offering any other solutions.

And guess what, they have a rule charging clients $40 for canceling within 24 hours, but apparently, it doesn’t apply to them because ‘emergencies happen.’

The lack of respect for my time and the dismissive attitude were disappointing. Good luck to anyone trying to work around these...
