If i could give negative starts I would. I first placed an order for 2 vest, 1 was black, the other was tan/brown. I was shipped 2 black vest. I can look past one mistake but after I informed them I needed the correct one, I was told the correction was made and my correct vest should ship the same day, i then received an email 3 days later saying the tan/brown vest is out of stock. I called to get my money back but was told they have it and it will ship. The next day I received a text saying the tan/brown was out of stock but they had something similar. I told them i only wanted it if it shipped that day and I received it the next day. I was promised this would happen. Very unreliable site. Ordered a dress in the middle of February, a week went by and I didn't get an email saying it was shipped so I emailed them asking what was up. They responded fairly quickly saying it was out of stock and would not be receiving anymore, however I still wanted a dress as I was attending an event soon. We played email tag for a month and every dress I wanted they no longer had in stock. I asked for a refund and they did not get back to me. I sent 2 more emails and they finally answered at the end of March and said they would refund me. I ordered a pair of pants they did not fit as desired. I returned them they were received still in original packaging with the tags attached and I have not received my refund. I have been unable to speak with anyone on the phone. They finally responded to ONE of my emails (several sent) requesting an order number. Which I had already provided. They then requested a tracking number stating “ they normally refund within 24-48 hours so they obviously have not received my return. Well I then sent proof that my return was indeed received on May 1, 2024 hand delivered to someone at that address. I still haven’t received my refund or any other responses from them.
