Came in to use the restroom but there were keypad locks on the bathroom doors. So I walked all the way back to the check out counter (which was the only place with employees) to asked for assistance. I was told that a team member would have to unlock it. It took ten minutes before someone came to unlock the restroom. But then there were about 6 people waiting for the restroom. I also noticed that despite there being a sign on the door stating that masks are required to enter to the store, half of the people inside were not wearing masking. When I asked the guy who opened tue restroom about it, he said he wasnât sure if about the requirement. While waiting for the restroom to get opened I had called the store from my phone hoping that I could just speak to someone rather than have to walk all the way back to the front of the store and lose my place line. However, Tue phone just rang and rang for about 30 rings before hanging up automatically. I called for a second time and the same thing happened. I spoke to the manager about the restroom issue as well as the phone problem and the mask situation. She said that the masks are optional. I asked why the sign is still up and she said that it will be coming down. I said that the sign is merely taped on the glass, you can just walk over there and take it down. She simply nodded her head and repeated that it would be coming down. I let her know that having such a sign up when itâs not enforced is deceiving to people who donât want to go inside a place with unmasked people. Despite all these frustrations, the three employees (including the manager) that I interacted with were friendly. So,...
Read moreWe were in the Westchester area, and decided to go to the Target Store in the shopping center. While shopping I needed to use the restroom. As I came close to the restroom area, I observed a Black family standing in front. I asked if they were waiting to use the restroom, the lady in the group said she was. I asked if they notified anyone. The lady said "No". The lady then went around the corner and apparently found a Target Associate and asked for assistance. The lady told me, the Target Associate told her there was a line and she had to wait her turn. So, I went looking for this Target Associate. I found a Black Target Associate and asked her if she could assist in either providing the code number to access the restroom door or, if she could open the restroom door for me. The Target Associate lady told me the same thing she told the customer lady who asked her before me. I ask this Target Associate to get her Manager for me. Offended she pointed to some other Target Associate behind an employee only area behind double door's with glass. So happens this lady was exiting and was walking towards me. When I mentioned everything that ocurred with the other customer and I. The Target Associate just rolled her eyes and said, "Whatever". I told the Manager, I needed this Target Associate's name. I demanded the Manager to reprimand this associate for her poor customer service and bad behavior. As, I was going to write a poor review on this Target Associate. Her name...
Read moreWent to visit this target with family during our vacation last weekend. I thought about getting cash back from one of the self checkouts along with a few travel essentials. When I requested $20 from the machine, I only got two $5 bills. I asked for help, and even showed my receipt as proof. AP was called over to assist. AP was very rude, using vulgar language towards Target employees and customers. I was accused of pocketing the $10 bills that I was missing, after AP reviewed the camera footage. They said they saw me âswitch outâ the bills. I asked for a manager to assist as well as to review the camera footage. If I was caught then I was caught there would be clear evidence. I was even going to give consent to do a body search. AP wouldnât let me look at the footage and continued to argue with me. Nor did they âcallâ a manager though they brought out their phone to âFaceTimeâ someone. AP are supposed to have a walkie-talkie to contact an available manager. Everything conducted by AP was not professional. Eventually I walked out because arguing over $10 dollars with someone who is arrogant, contentious, and hard headed is not worth...
