I came in to the salon as a first time customer. I had called and told them that I had blonde hair with 2 inches of regrowth. I simply wanted my roots touched up. The colorist ended up turning my hair orange and yellow and I had to ask her to try to fix it two times. She was unable to fix the color. She told me I could come back. I had planned on returning out of naivety. After speaking with three professional stylist they recommended that I request a refund and go to somebody else. I'm not sure why I would want to go back to someone that already made a huge mistake. So I decided to call and ask for my money back. I was told that I should have been charged more in the first place and that they were only willing to offerMe $50 refund. I insisted on a full refund and they told me they could not do that so essentially I paid $50 to have my hair turned orange. I told him this was not right and she just continued to argue with me. Also they wanted me to come pick up my refund in cash when I had already paid on a card and I simply wanted it returned to the card. This was a terrible experience and I would avoid this place.

Update the owner of the salon called me back to tell me that I needed to come in to be examined otherwise they would not refund me my money. I replied with a very professional and kind text stating I’m a customer and they should want to fix the problem for me to which they had no response. This place is a joke of a business with terrible customer service. They honestly ruined my hair and it has cost me hours of stress and anxiety and money to fix when I could. If they can’t even tough up some roots I doubt they’re capable...

I found this salon on Google searching for a hairstylist that can do natural hair and know what they're doing. The reviews helped encourage me to book. I flew into LAX and had a day layover so my husband and I went to the salon. My husband got a nice cut from the barber, Will. I had a special hairstyle done by Asia. She was honest that she hadn't done the style in a long time, but it came out great! I told her I'd be back in the city after my trip 3 weeks later and she let me book again and gave me another great look and my husband got another great cut from Will. The best time to get a cut from the barber, if you're in a hurry, is right when they open. Will is always booked solid from the days I was in there he always had a line. He's great! Asia is very knowledgeable in all hair types too. I watched her do quick walkins while I was under the dryer. She's about 8 minutes from the LAX airport

I have a color that I hate that's currently growing out and she suggested the perfect color to help blend it. I got a great trim. So I booked for January 7th, that's the first picture with her and I also had another layover at LAX January 30th and booked her again. Second...

I just moved out to Cali, from NYC. I googled and searched up this spot, little dID i know , i had found a gem!!!! The staff are friendly & greeting. They take care of whatever you need/want done.

They listen and actually get the job done, I wanted rich brown, i got rich brown. No more red/brown colors in my hair that those over priced places in Manhattan got me for. I am SO happy to have found this place...if you're a first timer like me, I recommend having Aja, as she was the perfect colorist, and did a perfect styling job - she was fantastic. All for affordable prices.
