If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have been to two events that were wonderful. I am a firm believer in not only continuing to put my money into businesses that I would love to see prosper, but also inviting others to do so as well. Which is why my last experience was so upsetting. I was involved in a car accident a few days before a yoga class I had paid for and would not be able to attend. I emailed the owner (not asking for a refund, but hoping to attend another class that was actually cheaper than the yoga class) , and not expecting the difference to be paid to me. I know the website says no refunds, I am aware of that. I was not asking for one. It has been about 3 weeks now, and I have not even received a response saying, "Sorry about the accident, we'll try and accommodate you in another class, or simply, sorry no refunds or "transference" of classes. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! NO RESPONSE! But they didn't have a problem taking my payment though. It's sad because I didn't expect to be ignored altogether. What's even more sad, is a friend of mine just retired and we were planning a party to celebrate and that was our venue we were planning to use, and we live over an hour away, and there are other painting venues in Orange County that are a lot closer to me! Tracy and her team provide an amazing space in the most ideal location! Hosting my baby shower here was the best decision. There’s ample parking, grocery stores and clothing nearby if you forget anything for your party. The venue is equipped with tables and chairs and they even offer in house party planning. I threw a last-minute surprise party for my girlfriend at the Westchester studio and it was a blast! Scheduling with Tracy over email was quick and efficient. Ms. LaSandra and the artist Elijah were kind and accommodating. They even took photos for us during the class after we finished! 10/10...
