This property is luxurious only on the website! Definitely needs a renovation and more attention, the hallways needs deep cleaning and fresh painting, the courtyard needs cleaning and more care. The tenants are too noisy (screaming and loud music during all day and late evening) and there is no respect for the others (dirty near the garbage disposal). Most tenants swim in the pool in their street clothes, which is honestly gross! This said, the apartment is nice but not luxurious for sure, the property manager and maintenance staff are nice though not always responding in a timely manner.

UPDATE AT MOVE-OUT The property manager refused to fill in the move-out checklist, luckily I had prepared a letter for returning the keys. After I moved out, I have been charged with another month rent and it took 21 days to get the refund and the security deposit back. Been living here way back since 1995 when the old owner was more of a people person. Fast forward to 2023 completely different it’s a money driven building now. It’s there way or no way. Trash everywhere sometimes you can’t even throw the trash. Parking lot leaking on the cars and the grounds flooded. From 2 elevator you can on use 1 cuz the other one been broken down for a couple of years. My apartment has a crack on the ceiling in my kids room where it leaks and the light fixture sparks cuz of water in it. Can use multiple appliances in the kitchen cuz the fuse brakes. Had to replace one tv for that reason. So if you plan to move into this building good luck to you and yours. But if you like the smell or putting up with things. Good for you. This apartment property operates application processes in bad faith, requiring a deposit meant to “hold” your apartment while they review your application. Online and in person at the property, they agree legally to return the deposit no matter the result - approval or otherwise. After withdrawing my application, I have requested my deposit refund multiple times for over a month now and have gotten no response from either their inept office staff nor their Entrata offices.
