Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Food was okay, but the complaint comes from the workers. I work in the law enforcement field and have came here on my break twice in a month. Two times I’ve walked in this location within the last month I wasn’t treated fairly how others in the restaurant were treated. I don’t want to be that guy, but it seems like a race thing because I am African American and the others were not. Tonight I walk in and greet the workers- hey how ya doing, I get NOTHING; not even a smile. Spanish Lady walks up after me hello- the guy greets her back Hi AND with a smile. What’s crazy is, the last time I visited this location the same thing occurred. Only thing different was the other guests were Caucasian. On top of that, while he was making my food he had a frown on his face the whole time. After he adds ranch to my sandwich he doesn’t place it back down he throws the bottle down hard and stares at me, I look back down at the bottle and look back at him and ask are you good? And THEN he smiles back and ask me what else do I need, like what the hell is all that about??? All I’m saying is I just want to be treated fairly, and I will complain and take this to the furthest extent if I have to until something gets done about it! We (the customers) keep these businesses open by spending our hard earned money at these restaurants, so shouldn’t we get the proper customer...

It’s crazy I come to the subway all the time I wanted to use the bathroom one minute the employee said they gotta clean it. It’s gonna take about 2030 minutes so I waited about five minutes and then the lady don’t speak English so she related to the other coworker And said the bathroom is out of order is not working like they’re not a good job telling a lie, be honest with your customers it’s just crazy my wild experience tonight and that will be my last time spending a dollar at the subway I asked the young man what was the young lady‘s name he didn’t want to give it to me at first his name is Diego and then he told me her name is Natalia. That’s crazy like I would never spend another dollar at the subway ever again poor...

This is the worst subway. They always mess up my order....always!! I never Leave here satisfied & they won’t be getting my money anymore!!

Update: I was treated here for lunch on 3/3/22 cause I refuse to give them my money from past experience. And to no surprise they upset my co worker with there poor customer service as the manager snatched the coupon out his hand which started an argument. The employees here are so rude. It never fails and now he refuses to go back that’s me & two other people I know. I can’t imagine how much business you’ve lost...
