I do believe my experience would have been great but unfortunately I got talked to by Norma Garcia who had told me a set time she would call, never called & when I called back before the day ended she told me in a very sassy way “I have back to back appointments so I don’t know what you want me to do if I’m still not done talking to clients” I was so taken back because I simply asked about the appointment, so from there I kept getting ignored and to my surprise an email saying that this firm will no longer work with me because I still haven’t talked about the consultation. I then emailed her and told her I didn’t like the super unprofessional attitude and way to handle clients considering I was being ignored then disqualified for her ignoring me, so I asked if she can provide me with the main representative contact information and as you can image she called me not so long after, I didn’t answer and she left a voicemail saying she would be happy to help me and I’m guessing it’s because I asked for the main representative email and of course she never provided me with that email and that’s the last of it . I would’ve love to work with this firm as it was a recommendation but some employees can completely ruin a great experience...

Really bad experience with this office. My dad had a accident at his job. The attorney we have for the workers comp recommended for us to go with them for a third party case. I live in Lancaster went to this office supposedly because they new about the case But my surprise they didn't know anything about it. I had a appointment with Jennifer when I got there she was with another client when they told me I was going to see her and that's why I was making the appointment because she had all the information. We saw another lady who didn't even had a clue what was going on...Pretty much I drove 2 hours back and forth for nothing plus the hour I was in the office so I waist 3 hours of my time!!! Gave them a second chance because they said they wanted to review the case blah blah blah. I was like why not maybe they can help we send the OSHA report for them to review giving them 3 weeks and they didn't read not even one page. 3 weeks was waisted because they didn't even look at it. Really bad experience and will never ever in my life will recommend a friend or family because they will just go a d seat...

They got the case won but can't recover the money. I might not have any proof of this but I have a feeling that my lawyer has got paid off they know that since they won the case I've been going through a lot of hard times living on the streets now you would think that attorney client privilege carried some weight but they just told me that they would call the cops on me and report that I am so desperate that I'm ready to go confront the person myself they told me that I'm threatening somebody they would call the cops on me so much for attorney client privilege you can't even express yourself in front of your attorney Jennifer who was my representative tell me there's no other way or no other means to collect we can't even see the person directly . Ritz flamingos me 300,000 ordered by the court they didn't have no problem with sending their plumbers to come tell us what to do but they have a problem with having their plumbing company pay for what has happene they're not worth it but if they can't collect they just throw it off to the side and go to the next one don't trust them...
