Extremely disappointing experience with this seller. I purchased an ALC jacket online at a sale price (though still substantially higher than the price of the jacket on other websites, which I only found later ) and it didn't fit quite well when I got it. When I asked for "permission" to return it, I was told it was "final sale" and not returnable. As evidence, I was sent a screen-shot of the website with the jacket marked "final sale". So disappointed in this store. I have lived in Los Gatos for 28 years and always supported the local owners. Shopped with my neighbor who has lived here even longer and wandered into this store. Not only did they ignored us they loudly spoke to another person that they didn't care about walkins because they weren't their customers. Really! I guess we weren't good enough. We continued to shop kithe local shops and bought from the locals for our families. Think again before you patronize this store. Shades of Pretty Woman. I guess we weren't good enough for them.
