While I was brought out of my comfort zone in brief moments during the stretches, my super tight knots were released. I've heard of this particular experience happening before, this is the 1st time I ever experienced feeling an emotional release: while she massaged my head I felt the impulse to cry. The experience was tremendously therapeutic. She was professional and attentive. The atmosphere was clean and sanitary and had beautiful Zen vibes.
