I went in got a dryer . I asked if they install it and they said yes full installation. Now that they are delivering it im being told they wont install it cause its gas and that i need to go buy another part from home depot to hook it up. So im just sitting here with a dryer i cant even use because they lied to me. And then because they included no equipment that turned out to be me spending $90. At home.depot on gas line hook up and air duct. And more if i want to buy the water hook up and use the steam setting on the dryer this was the worst purchase i have ever made full of lies and straight shady buisness tactics to screw...

If you have the opportunity to go elsewhere I would recommend doing so! I have been calling for around a month requesting they pick up the refurbished washer they passed off as new! It has been sitting with gross water in it smelling up my house! This is not the 1st problem with this company! I was going to rent to own a gas range In Sept 2022 I paid 130.70 for my first month rent they delivered a stove with missing parts I told them to pick the stove up because the manager is the rudest person they picked it up the following week due to no drivers, when they picked it I called and ask for my payment back she said no because it was her store and she could do want ever she wanted.
