When Andy ran this shop it was a pleasant place to buy my boots and return them for repairs. Andy always has a smile to share with his customers and, on occasion, would work with them if they had special needs, wether it meant dropping the price a dollar or two, knowing that he would get your return business, to getting the job out sooner because he saw you were in need. His son is the mirror opposite of Andy. An absolutely non compromising hard core person to deal with. He makes a statement as if to say that the customer should feel lucky that he is doing them a favor. If a customer asks if the price has gone up since I was there last, he was so happy to inform me that that is his price, and if you don't like it,,,, and with that he slid my boots back to me and practically asked...

I was visiting Los Lunas for work and saw Andy's Boot Shop as I was passing by. After reading the reviews found here, I stopped by to see for myself. The reviews were spot on. Great service, large selection, and onsite repair make this place worth 5 stars +. I've been looking for a pair of Tony Llamas to replace my 25 year old pair and they had exactly what I was looking for. And in my size (mens 8). Wow! Keep it up guys!
