I've been coming to this Starbucks locations since October of last year. when I moved out here in the beginning when I first moved out here things were great employees were friendly they're quick the banana bread seemed fresh and moist they always did my order perfect but it seems like at the beginning of this year things went downhill dramatically, employees started to get attitude, rude, screwing up my orders on my way to work no time to turn around, I've called to complain I've been hung up on or no one answers the phone. The banana bread had became old and stale, I used to get a large iced mocha until they continue to give me a white mocha and waste my time cause no one pays attention.... I've switch to the cold brew always good. I've also ordered ice water with my cold brew sometimes I only order the large ice water I always handed my credit card ready to pay for my water they never charge me until the first of the year now they say they can't sell me a large water only bottle water in like since when they respond it's always been this way. So either they are lying or employees were breaking protocol in the first place it doesn't matter what does matter is consistency if you are going to give out free Waters and continue to do that if you're going to charge us for a large water then charges that's not going to be a problem but don't sit here and say that it's always been this way where you don't and you can't sell ice Waters unless you buy something hello I'm buying a large ice water I'm willing to pay for it but they reject me they say I can't do this you need to buy a food or coffee with it somebody needs to get there facts straight no excuses!! Poor sales...
   Read moreI went into Starbucks with my grandson we walked up to the counter and we were basically ignored for a bit. I told the woman what I wanted which was a medium mocha and a slice of pumpkin bread. She asked me again what I wanted again I told her a medium mocha. Then she asked me the third time what I wanted because a medium mocha it hadn't changed she rang it up handed me the receipt and walked off. She disappeared through a pair of stainless steel doors when she came back out she was on the phone walking around the Starbucks store looking at the cups looking at the prices yakking away I'm still standing there waiting for my receipt and my pastries. She sees I'm at the counter totally ignores me walks back to the double doors to the back after a while she came back and I finally she was off the phone at this point and she looked at me and said I had to take that call. I then told her can I please have my pastries and my receipt at which time she told me oh it takes a minute to get the pictures didn't I forgot she didn't say I'm sorry let me take care of it nothing nothing we got our drinks way before we got our pastries she never...
   Read moreAll I want to know is WHO THE HECK IS RUNNING THIS LOCATION NOW- who ever took over in the last month 11/23 or so, has managed to run off good help/baristas, there’s nothing like a rude greeting from new employees including a barista with a extremely bad attitude brewing from Monday morning through Thursday mornings. when you drive up to place orders in the drive thru, you just never know what you’re going to get from a simple house brew coffee to a cold brew… Seriously Corporate should really start taking a good look at “REVIEWS” and addressing these issues because appointed store managers dang sure ain’t, … NOBODY wants to take pride anymore for servicing their customers it’s a dang shame but they sure are quick to see how much of a tip was given looks like this store needs more...
