CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Louisville

I cannot even give them 1 star but I had to for it to post the Outerloop and Preston location is horrible!! They have chosen to go on strike while I'm doing everything I can to get my needed perceptions. I called everyday and left up to 4 messages each day with no return call. Ran out of medication while trying to get my refills. Finally on day 5 was able to pick them up. They are closing one location to move employees to cover others not sure how this solves the problem.
