Home to my favorite Wall Mart. This is my preferred location to do our household shopping, or otherwise, pretty much any time of the week or the day. It's often pretty busy here but I don't mind considering the variety of stores and my personal need for plenty of options, jam packed in a small expanse, that way I'm not having to run all over Louisville trying to accomplish weekly errands just like all the other parents who, may have been working during the school day, at least during pre pandemic years, while their kiddos weren't home either... Now, it's very likely all of us in our relative family's living arrangements the past year and a half, inevitably everyone received a crash course in the stay at home lifestyle and it undoubtedly becomes quickly apparent that resources must be acquired and maintained at much more frequent intervals, this the shopping trips are suddenly much more important and must be made at all costs to keep the average family functioning smoothly from day to day and week to week. This skipping center makes me grateful for such changes as I'm sure it has for many families in recent times. Read moreOrdered through check list. Will never do it again. First the have my order to another person with my last name. I waited for a hour before they discovered this. Then offered me the food they have to something else. Uhhh. No I want it repicked and I guess I'll have to come back. Well I called they said yes it was ready a hour later. I pick up the groceries finally. Then I get home and so many things are wrong. I paid almost $4 for Pillsbury frozen bag of biscuits and I got a dollar roll instead. Not acceptable. My drinks I had five for ten 6 ok bottles. They were to be Pepsi zero three them. And one my dew zero one Fanta and one big red the only thing right was the big red. The other four were totally wrong.. there was a few other things too. But I'm tired of typing.. WE WILL NOT USE CHECK...
Read moreThis location needs to open more check out lanes that are staffed with Walmart cashiers. Last summer they decreased all of their cashier check-out lanes down to 8 lanes (but only open 4 consistently) and replaced them with massive amounts of self check-out kiosks. This is a disaster and does not serve many who are unable to effectively use the self check-out lanes for reasons like, tax exempt, elderly, disabled or coupon users.
This is really frustrating in light of the millions of dollars Walmart makes which enables them to sufficiently staff their Supercenter stores if Great Customer Service was truly their #1 priority!
This particular location is always consistently UNDERSTAFFED especially between the hours...
