Safety Concern Misleading Pictures Very Small Overpriced

I brought my two children here for the first time after looking over the website. The website showed many pictures and things that seemed unique from other play spaces around. However, upon walking in, I was disappointed at the actual size of the entire space. It is very small and lacking significant play equipment for all ages. My kids span the age range advertised there and both were bored with the space after one hour. There is one small area in the back that looks like a spaceship and 2 slides come out of it into a ball pit. My BIGGEST CONCERN is that the ball pit is not filled enough and underneath is not padded with anything. It is only the very lightly carpeted concrete floor! My 2yo hopped into the ball pit and really injured her foot and ankle. My other daughter injured her wrist in the same ball pit. Another girl was crying holding her foot after coming down the slide and hitting the floor where there weren’t enough balls to cover it. I left our session early because I was afraid of more injuries. I feel like parents need to be made aware of this issue. I really hope the owners put padding under the balls so no one else gets hurt.

I also noticed all of the good reviews seem to be on the same date/timeframe and are all very similar, which makes me think they are not all true reviews.

Unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning. There are many play spaces in Louisville that offer more variety of play in a safer environment for a better price.

I can assure you I have been in your playspace and there was no padding whatsoever under the ball pit. So if you added that after my review, then I am glad my honest and constructive feedback will help future customers. The thing I find odd about your positive reviews is how the same names have written multiple reviews for Wonder Kids Louisville, giving a false lean to a higher rating. Meanwhile, the majority of positive reviewers had all other reviews in Texas or Utah. Just an interesting fact to me.

We had such a great experience at Wonder Kids Playland in Louisville! The space is clean, colorful, and full of fun, engaging activities for kids of all ages — from climbing structures to imaginative play areas.

The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and it’s clear they truly care about creating a great environment for families. I also loved how easy it was to relax while still keeping an eye on my little one.

Perfect for playdates, rainy days, or even birthday parties — we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend to families...

Love this place for my 2 year old! He has a great time every time I bring him! He especially enjoys the fire station and ball pit, and I love being able to sit and watch him play in a safe environment while also having a place to work from my laptop in their sitting area.

The owner and staff go above and beyond to give an amazing experience each time we come in! They even have him a free gift when we brought him in on his birthday!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a safe and clean environment for their little ones...
