Subway — Restaurant in Louisville

Horrible experience. Arrived around 1:30pm, nobody is in the line, and employees are having a conversation. I asked for a specific sandwich number from the menu, and I said as is on the description. The menu description already says this particular item is in a wrap and has bacon and avocado among other items in the description. The employee starts asking what kind of bread and what kind of cheese. I have to tell her the description said a wrap and the kind of cheese. Meanwhile, the other 2 employees are still busy in their conversation. At the time to add the other items, instead of looking at what the content of the sandwich, she still is asking what else I want to add. When I said again, this order is according to the description. She reads the description, and she tells me they do not have avocado, and she still asks me what other ingredients I want. At this point, I want to cancel the order, and the other employee says they are already in the middle of making it. I said they don't have what the order requires, and they just keep repeating what I said. People are starting to arrive, so to avoid additional issues, I just decide to proceed with whatever items they had there. This is no longer the original wrap I requested. It is less from the original. Still, they charged a full price for it. Very poor customer service. Employees seemed to be busier paying attention to their conversation than paying attention to...

I Got a footlong subway club, with paper jack cheese, toasted, lettuce,tomatoes, black olives, mayo, black pepper, and parm cheese.

First off my meat was still cold, Lettuce looked so old Tomatoes where slimy Olive tasted weird The veggies all around just seemed old and like they should have been thrown out yesterday.

I ended up scrapping all veggies off my sandwich it tasted so weird

On top of that an elder woman came in asking if they take coupons. The lady said no they dont take ANY COUPONS which is a lie all subway restaurants take coupons even if franchised. The sandwhich artist seemed very annoyed that anyone was in there at all. She also tapped my payment pad when it came to the tip I had to double check to make sure she didn't tip herself.

They also only have diet Pepsi no other options or unsweetened tea. My napkin was not even a subway napkins it was a papertowl from the bathroom...

Over all wish I didnt come to...

This particular day I wasn't dining there, but happened to park in one of their many parking spaces to go into the store next door. I literally walked in and out (3minutes tops) I noticed that a few of the subway csr's were standing out of the store trying to take pictures of my car and license plate....... granted I shouldn't have parked there but with me having a handicap sticker and no available spots were open i figured hey let me quickly go in and get out fast. This isn't a rant or complaint but more of a beware post!! DON'T PARK IN THERE ASSIGNED SPOTS OR THEY'LL CALL THE SUBWAY POLICE ON YOU!!! Raggedy sandwich...
