Was just in this location with the intention of purchasing a printer. I came in hoping to get some help and opinions on which one i should choose. I was ignored during the whole experience. Not until i was ready to leave did someone ask me if i needed help. I spent a good 10 minutes standing there looking at the printers, hoping someone would assist me. When i tried to ask for help, the girl looked away from me and didn’t acknowledge me. A purchase like this i would usually expect the sales associate to help me decide and bring it up to the register for me or at least offer to help since it is a big item. I got none of that. I eventually just did it myself (I would’ve went somewhere else expect i needed it today). When i was about to check out a man i assumed was the manager asked me if i needed anything and after asking him a question he pretty much said “whatever’s out is what we have” and walked away. At check out, the lady acted the same way with my $300 item as she would a pack of pens. On top of everything else, the whole place is looking dirtier than ever and there were bins and pallets everywhere with stuff that needed to be stocked. All in the way and obstructing walking paths. I’ve purchased big ticket items here before in prior years and had a completely different experiences. This was really...

Read moreStaples, 3058 Bardstown Road, needs more employees. This store is entirely unreliable. "Get it today." Ha! I can't even get it in two days.
#1 I ordered from the printing department on October 11th and put a rush on a "same day." I went to pick it up the following morning and waited for someone from another department to help me. She told me it hadn't been printed yet and that the printing person went home sick yesterday and called out today. "Sorry for the inconvenience, but I can send it to the Hurstbourne store." I had a deadline and could not do that, so I asked to be refunded. I showed up empty-handed to a significant event.
#2 Ordered October 17th, which was to be completed by the 18th. I arrived at 9:15 on the 19th, but the door was locked. The store opens at 9 am. I knocked on the door and waited for quite a while before I saw someone. I started knocking again to get his attention. He looked up from counting money and put his finger up like "one minute." I looked at my phone and looked up, and he had put a paper on the door saying, "Open at 10. Sorry for the inconvenience." I tried to get him to come to the door so I could explain that I needed something from printing for a 10 am event. He shrugged me off. Here I am again without an essential banner for my event.
p.s. It's still not ready...
