We stumbled into this craft distillery after checking out the Paristown Art Fest, planning to just enjoy a couple of old fashioneds. The cocktails did not disappoint—their old fashioned was not only delicious, but also unique, with smoke infused with maple added right into the glass.

Once we started chatting with Steve, the owner, and heard about his family’s rich history in bourbon, we couldn’t resist staying for a tasting. This isn’t your typical large-scale distillery tour—it’s a more intimate, craft-focused experience. Everyone we met was welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the whole visit feel personal.

Best bourbon on the trail! (Personal opinion of course). but seriously, one of the best experiences from the time you walk in the door. Reasonably priced for the 2 of us for the thieving experience, tasting, and photos. Yes, they take professional photos of your experience at no extra cost. Then after your experience you sign your favorite barel and you can fill your own bottle and label it. After you have your own personally filled bourbon, you can stop by the bar for some of the best cocktail. My favorite was "That Damn Dog". Can't wait to go back
