These people are very racist, especially with Hispanics, even when they pretend they don't want to understand. They are racist, not to mention the criminal record they had before supposedly straightening out their lives... that is not my business, nor does it interest me. But they should analyze these people very well before giving them these jobs, because I repeat again that for some I am a person who may not like my personality, but I am educated, and although I do not speak the English they want to hear... I speak English politely and of course Spanish. This is the second complaint I have made and I do not see any changes... I simply see retaliation. The Goodwill board should analyze this matter well or is this whole program a fake to hide what? ....and with this complaint since I know that many are dedicated to being out there walking around doing who knows what... as I also do, but unlike them I am a homeless person who does not adapt nor will I adapt to shelters, they do have their own home,With all this I say that the least that happens to me, whether on the street, in a shelter, wherever... I blame them, because at this point with what I'm seeing I don't believe...

I came to this city about three years ago. Started off homeless and didn't know any resources out here. Before walking to the doors of Goodwill. I was told threw a pryor homeless shelter manager, that this city have different people from different cities and countries besides the citizens originally from here. Also, he mentioned that it's a lot of different personalities and perspectives of everyone mentally on life in general. Me growing up mostly in Kansas City, I dealt with all aspects of different cultures that was in one city which is Louisville. Not saying I disagree on how they move. Just saying back then I didn't understand them. Reason why I'm here because I gained clarity on their perspectives or being in their shoes. Last few days, I felt that one of the employees giving me pressure. If it wasn't for God as of today, then I would be clueless. More of the story is that this fine African American woman from New York were telling me to get my stuff together and reach what you really want. My friend was in here four weeks ago, and purchased a custom entertainment center that was too large for his car. He had asked if he could come back to pick it up, they told him he had 10 days. When he returned on the 5th day, they said they could not locate it and didn't know where it was. He continues to shop here several times over the next few weeks, until today at which time he found the shelf on the sales floor again. When approaching the manager to discuss, the manager was short-tempered and irate and tried to dominate the conversation. Ultimately my friend tried to repurchase the shelf and the store manager ask for an ID and then took his ID into an employee-only area. After an hour, my friend was told he could take the shelf home. Thus was after he mentioned his aunts name who is pretty high up at Goodwill Industries. Ultimately customer service was...
