Chris was fantastic to work with for rental audio equipment. He took the time to speak to me about our event and his available equipment. He helped me put together a package that would blow away what we previously would use at great price without nickel and dime’n me. He didn’t try to oversell me on equipment but instead helped to optimize the equipment for our event and be the best bang for the buck. He took the time on pickup to go over how to operate certain things and also tips on setup to get the best sound quality as well. At drop off we discussed future rentals and options as well, again getting the best bang for the buck for what we are looking to do. He is very knowledgeable and so great to work with. Chris with Rocky Mountain Audio is Amazing. We needed a setup for our warehouse for meetings on the floor. The area we had available has conveyors overhead and left to right with a lot of background noise. We also have a lot of equipment producing interference for wireless devices such as microphones. We had already spent over $1,600 on our own failed design and decided we needed an expert for resolve. Chris didn't hesitate to come out to our facility and find a solution for us that wasn't only a much lower cost than our own setup, but also works 100x better with zero issues. Chris was awesome to work with! I had contacted a few other places prior to finding Rocky Mountain Audio and was disappointed in the service level and knowledge. The pricing here are extremely fair (if not the best) and when I arrived to pick up my gear Chris asked where I was using it, what the occasion was, how big the space was, etc. He gave me some tips for setting up the best and even added several cables and items to make sure everything went easy. I used nearly every extra item he added and it was a giant stress relief when setting up for our event. He had the solution for problems I hadn’t thought about yet.
