Kind of an akward experience, I went in twice yesterday 1st time I needed coils and juice and saw a vape they had I have been considering ordering online but decided against it at that moment, the guy helping me at the time was okay. The second time I went in that afternoon was to purchase the vape as my old one is just needing replaced and I had the time might as well, the original guy was still there along with another one who was the one "helping" me this time I went to look at the vape and asked if I could see it and he just stood there and then said I think so we only have the display open "that's fine" I just want to hold it see if I like how it feels in my hand I asked what colors were available and while he pulled them to see it was slow and overall felt like He'd rather be doing anything else, I bought the vape took it out in my truck and it said atomizer missing so I went back in to see why brand new he didnt help at all just said it's probably the sticker on the coil it should come off and stood there watching me figure it out, acted like he would refuse to touch it. As a somewhat inexperienced vape buyer it was just uncomfortable to have someone not interested in helping as the lady who helped me buy my first last yr had no issues taking it out and showing me how it worked or any of the other guys who have helped me previously when I had questions. I like the vape but it's all about the customer experience for me especially trying to learn and already being somewhat embarrassed its nice to leave feeling more knowledgeable not like Im being laughed at when I walk out I like going in and having a great experience not a super uncomfortable one I usually go to a different store in greeley for the sadboy juice when I'm there in town but this store is close to me and It's a bummer I don't feel like it's worth...

During the transaction with Taylor I wasn't very clear in asking about the return policy (Clearly stated on the bottom of the receipt, for those of you that read). I came back in the next day, and asked tk return the product, even though it worked, just not for my purposes. David kindly showed me and explained that the return policy didn't cover my reason fornthe request. However they did make a one time exception and with manager approval they were able to get me taken care of. Now for those of you who want to use my story to get a refund it wont work. As I am also telling you now that only a defective item can be returned and even then usually just an exchange. I willingly paid an extra $1.28 per pack of American Spirits just for good conversation and great customer service. He never sold me anything I didn't want or need, but always found things I wanted or needed. Now they are under new ownership. The new kid in there has manners gained from a shampoo bottle.
