After moving away from the north east, I struggled to find a quality butcher being that I live in pork/ chicken country (Nashville). I started looking online for mail order beef but for the most part all I found was CRAZY expensive. Either you paid $70+ a pound or you had to buy 10 pounds at a time and I just never pulled the trigger because of this. Flash forward to today and all I can say is how elated I am that I found Alpine Butcher. Their steaks are reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. True prime beef, none of the "upper choice" marketing bs. I wanted to do the weekend right so I ordered 2 fliets of which I smoked at 275 until their internal temp was 115 and then reverse seared them to achieve a nice all over crust which between that and carry over, finished the steaks at 125-130 internal temp... Perfect medium rare. When I received the shipment everything looked great, though I had a question I was able to ask the owner about via email and he was prompt in his response and answered beyond my satisfaction. In the end, I will definitely be a repeat customer, I highly recommend you try these guys, they're awesome!

Was looking for a meat market because been noticing a-lot of the ground meat amd chicken from Market Basket (though i do enjoy shopping there and Hannaford) and other stores tend not to be fresh or have false advertisement of human animal treatment. (example Perdue 🤢) So happen to see this on the listing with good reviews figured give it a chance. Bought chicken salami/sausage (my culture would say carne relleno o salami) and other meat and they actually told me when the meat was cut like that felt really good and mom used the chicken salami/sausage and it was really juicy and yummy. Was not bad at all. My father has gout so purine is always a risk and didnt have a reaction with their chicken sausage packages. Also enjoy their slice meat and cut up chicken. Love that they partner with Shaws (can see products of Boar house in Shaws dairy as well). Had not used their app yet. I had some of the side products like the ice cream and chocolate and ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️, next time getting the spaghetti and other meats out of curiosity. If we cook it and is as good quality, might end up always getting meat from here.

Not sure about the quality of meats, but…I ordered Kobe grand champion burgers at 20 bucks a piece. It was supposed to come in a special package/box and authenticity. Not mine, they came in. Regular package, how am I supposed to know if I’m getting what I paid for? Update. These guys at Alpine have 10 star customer service. I didn’t even include my order number and they automatically sent me a email and refunded me for two of the burgers and emailed me the authenticity of the meat. Will be ordering from you all for my high quality meats. Thanks Apline!

I have been buying foods at the Alpine Butcher for about three years. One day on August 15, 2017 while I went to that store, one of the owners told me that I am no longer welcome at their store because of the parking lot incident, which happened about four months ago and I did not do anything wrong. During that incident in April of 2017, I bought foods at Alpine Butcher and I ate my lunch inside my car while parking there. Then one of the owners (the short brother) came to me and knocked on my car's window and said that I shouldn't be spending time inside my car for a long time at the parking lot and I told him that I am just eating my lunch and using my cell phone and I will leave soon. I used to like to spend time at that parking lot because it was usually nice and quiet and I had always parked my car far away from other cars. This guy actually knows me because I was his regular customer. It was not like the first time that he has seen me at his store. Then he said that I can't spend time too long at the parking lot because the property owner will tow my car. Then I said "really, there are only about 3 cars at the parking lot during that time and there are so empty spaces." Most of the people who work there are fake people. The two owners pretend to be nice and friendly, but they appears to be prejudiced and racist and they have ego issues. One of their employees, which is the young kid who usually gave me a dirty look every time I went to that store. I was surprise that on August 15, 2017 at 10:30 am, one of the owners told me that I am no longer welcome at their store or else he will call the police on me. I did not threaten, harm, disrespect or steal from anyone while I was at his store. I believe that it is 100% wrong for a store owner to tell me that I am longer welcome at their store when I didn't do anything wrong. I hope that their store will go bankruptcy soon. About four months ago, I had a conversation with his brother (one of the owners, the short brother) and he did not told me that I was not welcome at his store or he will call the police on, he just told me that the property owner doesn't like it when I spend time too long at their store's parking lot. Since the incident on April of 2017, I only went to that store twice. I think the reason why he said that I no longer welcome at their store is because I don't go their store regularly like before because they know that I was not happy with what they have said to me. People like them shouldn't run a business because they are unfriendly, delusional, disrespectful, and rude. I just hope that less people will shop at their store in the future. Since they are longer welcoming me to the store, I am fine with that because there are better grocery stores that sell great quality, fresh, clean, and better deal on foods than the...
