I've been going to the Lowell location since they 1st opened, always had a wonderful experience until the other night. I went on Tuesday 10/8 for their Pre- Roll-a-Polooza which is now only available on Tuesdays. My problem started when I paid for my order and the payment system went down, the debit transaction went through on my bank account but for some reason it did not register on their end, they refused to give me product and called a manager that was off site to see how they should proceed, he told them to give me his card and have me contact him. Come to find out, they did not have his business card and pretty much said sorry but we can't help you. When I told them that I wasn't leaving until I either got my money back, got a manager's name or number or got my product, they then got the "security guard" from the front desk to tell me I was trespassing and I had to leave, they said I was causing a scene. Apparently advocating for yourself against an unfair practice is causing a scene. I left and sat in the parking lot and was able to contact a manager in the Haverhill office named Shelby who kindly took my information, explained how their payment system was down in Haverhill too and told me she would call me back in 5 minutes. She didn't. Instead I received a phone call from a manager named Steve 20 minutes later who pretty much just blamed the 3rd party payment system, i had told him that this was an ongoing issue and I wasn't the first person it had happened to that day and they needed to be pro-active and not reactive, had they told me the payment system was not working properly, I would have chosen a different payment method. He said he would call me back the next day with a solution on 10/9, he didn't. I called the Haverhill office again to see if I could reach Shelby, she was off but I spoke to Matt and he was much kinder about the whole situation and sympathized with me and said he would get my information to Shelby so she could call me the next day. When i called my bank to dispute the charge, they told me I couldn't because it shows on their end as an ATM withdrawal so it looks like I'm out my $63 and no one seems to want to make it right, I won't be going back to Full...
Read moreThe people are nice, don't get me wrong. My issue is that there's no HD photos of the product nevermind real samples to look at. At first I was able to look at the computer screen and then now no computer screen just the revolving menu. There's no music and the atmosphere is flat. Then there's the tipping. 20% tax plus a tip for doing their jobs. There's not much of a reason to go there except I'm too lazy to go to Smyth. The 5 day return on the vapes was a great and only reason to go there, but now almost everyone has a return policy on the vapes. Just because of the poor quality control of the vape manufacturers. Yeah, the woman thing is great. But why is the place so flat, if that's the correct phrase. It's not hopping like others. Another good thing about Full Harvest Moon is that I never have had to circle the place waiting for a parking spot, the lot always has...
