I was really needing this massage to prepare for my upcoming work week and I was disappointed. It was my first experience getting a professional massage and I wanted to love it since the location is conveniently located. The lady who provided my services was on her phone. I kindly told her that I did not want to hear her phone vibrating in my ear and I didn’t appreciate her working with one hand while messing with her phone in the other. Very unprofessional and then had the audacity to REQUEST a tip. I paid for a 60 minute full body massage. I explained that I wanted extra focus on my neck, shoulders and upper back because this is where I hold a lot of stress. This didn’t happen. She didn’t massage my feet. I was expecting a lot of THUMB action in my problem areas and down the middle of my feet at least. I don’t tip out of necessity. I tip because of a job well done. I’ve never heard of anyone requesting a tip especially after I had to tell you to get off your phone. I hope someone help her to correct this behavior because it’s unacceptable. I wish this...

Went in for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. Cathy did an excellent job. I was very tight in the back, neck and shoulders. She was very kind and knowledgeable.
