They have ookayyy costumer service but they do not do returns for disposable vapes. I got the YA YA (pictured below) vape and tried it In the store and it worked fine and they claimed that it had 1500 hits (at first) the store clerk was not very knowledgeable and I believe threw a random number at me. The next day it was out and I knew it was a dud because there is no way I used it that much overnight. They where closed the next day but I took it back the day after and they said there was nothing they could do. Now mind you these are 25.00$ each AND tax makes it 30$ Bc of the ridiculous sales tax rate. So I ask if I can AT LEAST get a discount or an exchange and they said that’s not possible whatsoever. When I asked to talk to a manager they said he would say the same thing. This is NOT. How a business should be run. The girl told me that the vape actually should have been 2500 hits which makes it even more insane that they would not exchange it or give me a discount on a new one. In my experience with disposable vapes it’s very common for every once in a while in a large batch that there is a dud and the store ALWAYS takes responsibility for it. I have been to over 12 vape shops in the past couple years and have gotten at least 1 dud from every place and they.always.replace.it!!!! I would definitely skip this joke of a place. I've been to the Lowell location several times as well especially while I'm working. Today however I had a poor experience with an associate's name was autumn. I don't ever write reviews on places unless it's a good experience but she was so cold and unwelcoming. Her customer service skills were not up to par. I was obviously a new customer in her eyes and every step of the way she made me feel like I was stupid. When I customer that she'd already served previously came in she was warm and welcoming and helpful to them. She continued to treat me like I was stupid and made part of my transaction harder. I was on my lunch break at work and really just needed a quick vape I tried to tell her that the vape that she sold me was at working and she made little comments about how I was supposed to wait to try and use it. She was talking on her phone and the lady yelled at my mother 3 times telling her it was against a federal law to be on your phone in a vape store?? Like what? She told my mom she was NOT going to sell to her because she had been on her phone. My mom was in shock and hung up her phone because the girl was so confrontational. She was so hateful to my mother.
