UPDATED September 28, 2025 I only came in once to have my ring resized, which I paid $169.60 for. There was no complimentary service provided...unless this is what you charge for 1 size, as you stated two were complimentary.

In my BBB complaint, I stated I would accept either a full refund, a replacement, OR a repair; my preference being a refund. I believe that was a fair and reasonable request.

How does fixing your error fall outside of your "standard policy"?

I did not express dissatisfaction at pick-up because no one asked for my feedback.

I wanted nothing for free but for you to right your wrong. I am willing to pay good money for a quality product and more so for a great customer service experience. You have provided me with neither. Your handling of this situation has been less than ideal, and the continued back and forth further demonstrates my point.

UPDATED September 15, 2025: Thanks for the reply, but I don’t appreciate the attempt to rewrite what actually happened. The day after I dropped off my ring, I was told, but the manager that corporate said they would fix the resizing mistake, but I’d have to pay for the diamond. I was also given the corporate number and basically told to deal with it myself. I called multiple times with no answer.

Only after I filed a BBB complaint and posted my review did I suddenly get a call, and the first thing said after introduction was: “If you take down your review, we’ll fix your ring.” Not an apology, not a willingness to understand, just pressure to silence my review.

When I picked up my ring today, the same cold treatment continued. Instead of how does it look or perhaps a thank you for my patience, I was told again that I had to remove my review, was met with rude comments that I had to ask her to repeat, and a cowardly comment as I exited the store from the person who appeared to be in charge.

For the record, I was not happy but remained polite and patient throughout this process. As I mentioned to the manager today, I intended to update my review once the ring was appraised. But after the way I was treated today, and then this inaccurate reply to my review, I will not. Your actions show you don’t take care of customers...you only care about controlling reviews. Shame on you!

Original post, September 2, 2025: Buyer Beware! This ring was a Christmas gift in 2024. When I explained that I wanted a thumb ring, they stated that I could have it resized for free. Turns out two sizes is free, three sizes you pay for all three. The resizing was done in the wrong color gold (it's a 14k ring, I beleive they used rose gold or copper to resize), and a diamond has now fallen out. I’m being told the store has no say in how this is resolved, but corporate said they will correct their resizing error with the correct gold, but that I must pay to replace the diamond. This ring has been worn for less than 5 months...this is unacceptable craftsmanship. I have attempted to contact their corporate office (at the recommendation of the manager), but no one answers, and I can not leave a message. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint as a result. I hope this will help encourage them to do right by their cusomers. I strongly encourage you to take your...

My fiance went to the york location to get my engagement ring. It's a beautiful piece. Blue Sapphire, with tiny little diamonds. It was a little small, so it needed to be resized. He brought it back to the store on January 3rd to be sent out, and resized. The woman said it would take 2 weeks, and it should be back on the 17th, but to call just in case. We waited, and on the 17th he called, the woman we spoke to said it hadn't even been sent out until last week, and that it should be in Friday. So, no big deal. We could wait a few extra days. Except he got a call back from another employee who said that it takes longer with sapphires because they have to do specific things with them... Okay? So, which was it? Didn't get sent out, or it takes longer? So, he calls today and they haven't gotten their delivery yet, so they come to the agreement that the woman will call him as soon as it arrives. He doesn't have his voicemail set up, and we were touring a venue, when they called. He said they called twice, so he called back and was greeted by a very rude young sounding lady, who snapped at him for not answering the phone when they called him. He gets off the phone, and we are both less than impressed. Fast forward 5 minutes and the original woman calls to tell us the ring is in (which we knew because we talked to the girl 5 minutes ago), and we tell her we're on our way. We get there, and she has the ring ready, in an envelope. We gave it to her in the black box it came in, and got it back in an envelope, BUT she offered to give us a box, which I gladly accepted. On the way home, I was looking at the ring, and they didn't buff out the grinding from resizing it, which my fiance was told would not happen, they told him they'd add metal to it, instead of grinding at the inside. AND the stone now rattles and spins in it's fitting. Which I will be contacting a different jewelry store to handle, as I have no want to deal with the people in this...

The woman that helped us with looking at the rings was very nice ( don’t remember her name ) but 1 week after purchase 1 of the diamonds fell out, then literally 4 more fell out!! So we took it back to the store. The old lady that worked in there was very mean and unpleasant as soon as she knew we were in there to talk about warranty!! She knew nothing about anything we asked her!!!!! She tried to tell us there were no refunds or exchanges after 30 days when it clearly states on the receipt it’s 90 days. Then when I showed her what the receipt said she got even more miserable!! She took the ring, put it in an envelope and literally gave me a business card and told me the manager would contact me the next day. Well a week later I still haven’t heard anything so I called and the manager knew nothing about the ring, told me nobody told her anything about the ring, then told me it was sent out to be fixed!! My suggestion is STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, and spend your hard earned money somewhere else, Walmart has better customer service than this place!! Wish I knew the woman’s name that helped us when we bought the ring, because she was very pleasant and very...

Please do yourself a favor and run passed this store !!!! My husband brought this 3 Karat diamond ring that was a custom design by the jeweler and it has been nothing but trouble. I did not have the ring a month before it fell apart, they sent it away to repaired only to have the top of the ring fall off again. This has occurred 3 time since the ring was purchased. It is poorly constructed and the staff is super rude when I call about the ring, I am afraid the diamonds will fall off and I not be able to find the setting on the top of the ring. I don't even feel comfortable wearing the ring, contacted the store and was advised the insurance we purchased expired. Gave me a contact # for the corporate office and there is not answer each time I call. I wish I could give a rating less than 1 star.
