If Men's Wearhouse reads this. I hope that you nurture that passion of his. He could be your next GQ or Tom Ford. I am confident that he loves his work. If there is something I can do as a patron to help him get noticed in his company. Please men's Wearhouse email me.

There was a Good-natured and public-sprited young gent that helped us. Overheard him before he got to me helping a larger man with a suit and cared more about getting him the right fit and exploring options than forcing to buy right then and there. He did not suffocate us with sales. I was caught off guard by the sheer erudition of the boy. He said he has been in the business for two years but seemed to be no more than 20 and yet had been equipped with the experience of what a veteran haberdasher would be like. He genuinely seemed to have a love for what he's doing, which made me all the more excited about getting a suit! He quotes, "geeks out about suits."

I was there for a while talking with him. He mentioned that he wants to do more to make the experience of his store a truly unique experience that gets everyone excited for men's wear. He saidt hat his management blocks that creativity and passion a lot. He said something like, "They must have it be done in a specific way that's straight, boring, drab. It's not something that will get people excited or interested. We have a very basic suit on display. I argued that everyone knows what a suit is. What it is supposed to look like. I want to show the beauty underneath! The razzle dazzle. It feels, however, that they'd rather stump my creativity and be another brick in the wall." I empathize with that. I fear that's how you just create another dull employee! You won't nurture that fire and rather just create a robot that does the bare minimum. Please help that kid.

For those that read this, find him, he had long brown hair, had facial hair, and was really skinny. He's at the mens wearhouse in the Capitol City mall. Ask him questions about suits. He will run off into the sunset until you've basically taken a college course for suits by the end of your visit. If Men's Wearhouse reads this. I hope that you nurture that passion of his. My experience with MW, and this location in particular, was nothing short of a spectacular display of incompetence and failure. This was for tuxedo rental, for my wedding: On my first visit in store, when sitting down to discuss the step by step information for how this works 4 months before my wedding, the associate gave the following information: you can pick any tuxedo style you want, it arrives in 6-8 weeks, and you can exchange sizes and styles as many times as you want up until a few weeks before the wedding. Of course, NONE OF THAT IS ACTUALLY TRUE, and I found that out when I hadn't heard from anyone and followed up 10 weeks later. Also during this first visit, measurements were taken by that same associate. In retrospect, I should have checked those measurements rather than trusting someone to do their job. I'm 5'11", 200lbs, so pretty average. When my tuxedo arrived 3 days before my wedding, I went to try it on. You can see where this is going. The pants I tried on were a 40" waist. Two years ago when I was 20lbs heavier I was a 38" waist, when I was measured I was 36". Would love to hear the explanation on that one. The jacket I received was a 44. I'm a 42. The shirt was a 34/35, I'm a 32/33. None of it was close, and mind you, this is what these people do for a living. The demonstration of incompetence continued all the way until my wedding day. Now keep in mind that when they set up your tux style in store, they set it up for all your groomsmen too. All our tuxedos were exactly the same, with the exception of the groom's (me) who had a bow-tie rather than a regular tie. At this point it was not surprising at all when on my wedding day I find that my last groomsman has different shoes and cuff links than everyone else. The only thing less surprising than that, was when 5 minutes before my ceremony started the top button on my jacket popped off. If you enjoy the an incompetent staff, failure at every turn, and a little extra stress for the biggest day of your life....this is the place for you. If I had to do it all over again, I would get my suit from Salvation Army before I went'to...

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Our wedding is next weekend. This guy “Leshawn” or however you spell his name has been nothing but a PAIN. First he put in the order for all the groomsmen and groom with the wrong colors and argued with one of the groomsmen that we agreed on YELLOW, RED, and BLUE. What kind of color combo is that?? The day we came in for fitting I kept saying we want navy blue and silver but did he listen? NO, he kept arguing with me and mother in law and was very NASTY. Then my fiancĂ© goes to pick up his suit today and guess what Mr. “Leshawn” did? Ordered two shades of blue so now the pants has to be reordered and won’t be coming in until Tuesday, FOUR DAYS before our wedding. My fiancĂ© was assisted by another gentleman tonight and was more pleasant and helpful, I wish he was there the day we came for the fitting. Do something about your employees especially this guy. Oh and I can’t forget about the woman who gave my fiancĂ© an attitude when he called in to see if his suit was in. This is a special day for us and now we have this to worry about on top of everything. Update: called the Camp Hill store to thank the kind employee who helped my fiancĂ© then “Lashawn” answered. Wouldn’t give me the name of the employee then I finally told him that this is the bride that he was rude to and that he messed up our suits TWICE. This guy kept saying he doesn’t make any mistakes and that he knows what he’s doing then wanted to know my fiancé’s information so he can look at his stuff, I said absolutely not since I don’t want him touching out stuff anymore. The WORST employee EVER. If we knew that Men’s Warehouse was this awful we would have NEVER wasted our time and money...
