Windsor — Local services in Lower Allen

This review is specific to the solo employee that was working at Windsor yesterday. As another reviewer said, the store was packed with girls in need of hoco dresses. Being the only employee working caused so many issues, such as the need to close the dressing rooms. The young employee, I believe she said her name was Passion, was kind, courteous, interested in the girls needs, efficient, patient and kept a completely positive attitude and calm persona in the complete chaos of the store. She ran the store, on her own, on one of their busiest days while dealing with attitudes from shoppers over situations that were out of her control. I recently went to Windsor for homecoming dress shopping with my family, and while the dress selection was decent, the fitting room situation was a disaster. The line for the fitting room stretched all the way through the store from front to back. To make things worse, half of the fitting rooms were closed, which didn’t make any sense, especially on a busy Sunday afternoon during homecoming season. A girl there with pink hair helped me, I wish I got her name, but she was absolutely so sweet and kind and helped me pick a pair of shoes out for a wedding. My original pair never arrived so we had to rush to the mall before close. We need more retail employees like her in the world!
