Northtowne Plaza Shopping Center — Local services in Lower Chichester Township

The already huge Total Wine store here has great prices and an awesome selection and is now expanding. Its going to take up most of the Northtowne Plaza strip mall, except Home Depot. Helpful, friendly customer service at this location.

UPDATE: The Total Wine store's remodel is now complete and it's huge and pretty amazing inside. It's well-stocked, spotless, low and tax-free prices and helpful staff.

Also in Northtowne is a KFC and a Wawa with self-service gas and Tesla charging stations. Home Depot is on the other end of the plaza.

UPDATE: Total Wine continues to offer the best selection and lowest prices around. Kavanaugh Irish Cream is on equal-- perhaps superior footing to Bailey's and comes in under $16 for 750ml. Fast checkout and friendly staff.

UPDATE 2: Tried the online ordering service with curbside pickup and the process was completely seemless. Placing the order was not only user-friendly, but also received a 20% discount for purchasing 8 bottles of Wine Direct wines.

Note: Total Wine offers some very decent wines in the $5 to $10 range. Don't judge them based on their low price-- give them a try. The Witching Hour Cab Sav is...

I was putting some sheet rock on top of my vehicle & they had no rope so I can tie it down so I asked the cashier & she said "We don't have any" I asked another worker they said the same thing so I asked to speak to a manager & the manager came (young man) he says to me "What's the problem" I said I bought some sheet rock & you guys don't have any rope outside so I can tie it down. He says in a nasty way "We don't supply rope for anyone" I said "So how am I supposed to get the sheet rock home" he says "I don't know, that's not our problem that's your problem...go buy rope, we do sell it" I was livid!! I ended up buying a big roll of shrink wrap & called corporate...

I go to Home Depot at least once a week, and most weeks more. I used to go to Total Wine to buy beer. Actually I try to avoid this plaza as much as possible because of the parking lot situation. It is bananas! 2 entrances and only 1 exit, well 2 exits, but they are on the same side and the lead to the same light. I don't know how many times I have almost been crashed into or been stuck in a line of cars because of 1 entrance is off of 495/Naamans and people fly into the lot after they have risked their life attempting to merge...then you have to drive across cars trying to get to...
