I live in Philly and thank God my best friend lives 5 minutes from there because my boyfriend has been a truck driver on and off for 30+ years and won't deal with anyone else other than R & R. From the first time we stopped in there, probably almost 5 years ago, they were nothing but knowledgeable and friendly. I often drop off and pick up whatever they service since my boyfriend is usually working and they treat me with just as much respect even though I probably drive them crazy not knowing or remembering what I'm supposed to tell them and eventually have to track down my boyfriend so he can explain what needs to be done. Can't imagine any negativity when referring to this business other than I wish they were closer, open 7 days a week and we're on call 24/7. Our heart goes out to Tim after the unfortunate passing of Russ last year. Russ is definitely missed, especially by my granddaughter who turns 5 in January. He always spoiled her with something to keep her happy and patient while dealing with me! See you in a day...

Love talking with these guys. When are in need this is the place to go to. When you have a question they are there to listen to you the customer and help you the best they can over a phone. Not many Mom and Pop type places left, but this is my go-to place. I recently got back on Cb Oct. 2020 Alot has changed since 2004. New radios new technology. Last year I out out a post on a cb radio group on Facebook. I wanted to compare a few radios and see the comments and reviews by the users and operators. I think my choices were the Galaxy 959b President Lincoln II+ Anytone 6666 and the 955hp by Stryker. Well Russ for 2 months talked to me thruessenger and helped me make my decision. I do not buy radios every year . I buy it and use it it til I want something new. Well this radio the President Lincoln II+ was the radio I choose. Dustin did a a great job I get great radios checks all over the place. Like that is the nest sounding Lincoln II+ I ha e ever heard. Well R&R gets a 10 Plus review Always...

I drive a Truck for a living, a CB radio in this instant information age is still a necessary tool I use daily, if I have a radio or antenna need, or problem fixed R&R is the only place I will use when i'm in the area or I'll request a load to the Philly/Wilmington area so I can go there. I am 50 years old, I have shopped at R&R from my teen years when CB radio was my hobby and I lived nearby, I would annoy Russ & every one else behind the counter with endless questions. They would treat me and my $25 used radio, $15 used mic, etc, purchase with the same respect as a customer spending hundreds. Very few no BS places like R&R...
