Everything about making my first purchase from Gerhard's Appliance was amazing! First was speaking with a knowledgeable salesman, Austin Groeber, who helped me select the best dishwasher to meet my needs. I live in NJ and found Gerhards online. There was a reasonable delivery fee to cover the distance but otherwise I was looking at a year+ wait to get a "panel ready" dishwasher. As for day of delivery, Gerhard uses text and emails to keep you updated as to the arrival of my technician, Jamie. He arrived within the 4 hour windown that was provided ahead of time and arrived as expected. Jamie was professional and extremely quick in his installation of my Bosch dishwasher. Purchased a LG washer/dryer tower from Phil at Gerhards Spring House location. Phil help me quickly without any attempt to sell me on any other products. Gerhard's had the model I wanted in stock (a rare occurrence in the current environment) and had it delivered and installed in six days in my center city townhouse. The delivery/install crew were pleasant and did a great job in a tough house (several stories up and a tight hallway).
