Staples — Local services in Lower Merion Township

I recently visited my local Staples store and was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received. From the moment I stepped inside the store, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who were quick to offer their assistance.

The staff members were not only knowledgeable about the products they stocked, but they were also well-versed in the various services that the store offered. They took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with helpful advice and recommendations based on my needs.

What I appreciated most was the fact that I felt welcomed the entire time I was in the store. The staff members were attentive, approachable, and made me feel like a valued customer. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase, which was a refreshing change from other stores I've visited in the past.

So grateful for this location and it's team. ALWAYS fast, helpful, informative, and efficient. They are not afraid or hesitant to explore a project or need with you. Kate in print services is THEE absolute superstar. From printing, returns, and even tech recycling, it's all extremely convenient and makes my day to day that much more smooth. It's easy for places like this to be dull, unorganized, slow, and frustrating - but NOT this location. The store is kept well and it's noticable how much effort is put into making things clear and efficient (like the pivot to accepting Amazon returns - kudos).

With the exception from some weird commentary from the manager around the store at times, I always enjoy coming here to get things done. Thanks to you all - keep up...

Usually a decent store, but this last time I went, I stood a good 5 minutes by the counter at the printing section before the long haired kid cared to ask if I needed assitance with the most bored most annoyed look on his face.

He then answered my question as if it was unnecessary, and then neither him or the girl that was back there offered help even after SEEING that I was struggling to use the printer.

It's clear to me that at least these two employees can't be bothered to get up from their chairs and help customers who are having difficulties. They expect you to just be able to figure it out with the convenient little instruction label on the printer that way they don't have to get up and...
