Wawa — Restaurant in Lower Merion Township

Turkey bowl was not presented right. It looks like dog food. If they would just separate the items instead of shopping them together, it would be 100% better. They wouldn't have to buy new bowls, just place food next to each other item, instead of making a food anthill.

Family REQUESTED I pick these up for them. They've NEVER told me to throw food out before and they explained the problem was the presentation. I'm sure they'll have a lot of requests for it till people get tired of the presentation, because they can go to Boston Market.

Instead of throwing it out, I gave it to my Maltese. He loved it, so it's good, just extremely sloppy.

First issue the staff that makes your food and sandwiches changes their sanitary gloves about every four hours or per shaft after touching their face, hair, brooms, items behind cashiers stations, door knobs and everything else in sight. Totally unsanitary! Ask them to change their gloves and they get an attitude. Wow, really.

Second issue the food quality keeps going down. The food quality and portions has hit a new low. However the profits have gone to a new high while patrons eat their dog food quality. Most of my employees now just avoid Wawa.

Great Wawa. This location is well designed for efficiency, which is what I'm looking for in a wawa: Get me in and out as quickly as possible while still being able to find everything I'm looking for. This location succeeds in this way. As typical for a Wawa, this one has a good selection of coffees which have always been full and ready for me when I visit. They also have a deli and sandwich section that I have never used. The staff are always friendly.
