Manhattan Bagel — Restaurant in Narberth

I wanted 2 everything bagels with lox cream cheese. I was told only plain bagels left, ok fine, I'll take that. Then a gentleman comes in After me and started ordering. Then he mentioned that he needed 2 of the bagels "everything". The lady behind the counter said ok and started making his order. I said to her, "Excuse me ma'am, I asked for everything bagels?" To which she replied, "I only have 2 and he got them." Umm hello?? When I ate my bagel there was very little cream cheese on it. My daughter's also had very little. When you spend almost $5 for a bagel you should at least get enough cream cheese with it. I love Manhatten bagels but I won't be going to this location again. They also don't have salt and pepper packets. When I asked for salt she handed me the salt shaker she uses in the back. I put some in a napkin...yeah, very rude and...

I'm still fuming after my visit to [Bagel Shop ] this morning. As a customer, I expect basic respect and courtesy. What I got was a humiliating and infuriating experience.

The staff was completely unprofessional and disrespectful:

They rolled their eyes and sighed when I asked for a simple bagel with cream cheese toasted They yelled at me when I politely asked them to stop talking over my food while they’re cooking it. They’re spitting in it, I look in the glass case where they have the donuts I saw couple of dead roach They refused to apologize or offer any solution when I expressed my frustration

The lack of customer service skills and basic human decency is staggering. It's clear that the staff at [Bagel Shop do not value their customers or care about providing a positive experience.

Do not waste your time or money at...

NEGATIVE "0" very RUDE STAFF

I went to purchase my normal order Asparagus, Swiss and egg on thin bagel and was given avocado BLT. I literally was argued down by both older Chinese women, that was what I had order. I clearly stated I have never order that sandwich in my LIFE because I am allergic to the avocado. Then I was given an attitude when she had to make me the correct sandwich taking almost 30min for the whole process she begin burning my egg and slamming my sandwich together and I demanded my money back for poor service and she bluntly told me I WASTED HER TIME that was a joke. I have never had to wait this long and have so much mix up at any other store except this rude site I will never come back to this site ever again that was my 1st...
