I, unfortunately, did not have a great experience with this store. I was told I had to go to this store, which is about an hour from where I live. So I got to the store about 15 minutes before they opened at 10AM on a Friday. By 10:30 there was still no one there. I had to call around to other stores who were finally able to get a hold of the person who was supposed to be there. He eventually showed up around 10:45. He explained to fix the screen would be about an hour and a half to 2 hours. I made myself busy and then came back and it ended being over 3 hours by the time it was ready. And then he let me know that in to process of fixing the screen, he broke the camera cable to the forward facing camera. He ordered the part and it would be there early the next week and he would call me to let me know. I wasn't happy that I had to go back to the store again to now have the camera fixed as well, but figured it was what it was. Well the next week comes and goes and no phone call at all so I followed up on Friday and he apologized for not calling and said they sent the wrong part and he order the right one and it should be there Saturday or early next week. He assured me again he would call and let me know when it arrived. I had a feeling he may not call me, so I called Saturday night and he told me that day that my part was back ordered and somehow the order he placed was canceled but I could go to another sister store and have it fixed there as they had the part. He told me it would be a quick visit, only 10-15 minutes and I could just stay and wait, especially since I lived so far. I agreed and went to the other store today, who thankfully did have the part but informed me it would not be 10-15 minutes and would actually be more like 2 1/2-3 hours. I'm glad I finally have my phone back in working order, but I'm so disappointed with the lack of honest communication and time,energy, and money that was wasted going back and forth...

The cover to my laptop had a problem with “hinge.” I took it in on Saturday 12/7 and explained that I needed it back by Friday 12/13 - because I would be traveling out-of state for three months and that time was of the essence. I was told that would be no problem and that it would be ready by Wednesday 12/11. I left the laptop and its carrying bag at the store. I was told the charge would be $300. I happened to be near the store on Tuesday 12/10, so I decided to stop in to see if it might be ready “early.” I was told by another individual that he was the one that was going to fix it and that Matt (the person I had dealt with previously) had ordered the wrong part and that the right part couldn’t be procured before I left to go to Florida. I was incensed that nobody had bothered to call me when they had discovered this mistake. Because of that, I had no option left to fix it before I left. Then when I asked for my laptop and bag - only the laptop was handed to me. When I asked for the bag, the store representative with whom I was then dealing had no idea that I had left my bag. I then went into the back of the store and found my bag and took out somebody else’s laptop that had been mistakenly placed into it. So, I’ve now been without a properly operating laptop for 6 days and will have to take it in to be fixed in...
   Read moreThe first store I was directed to did not have the part when I showed up...he said they shouldn't have let me even pick that place as an option. He said there was one store about 30 minutes away that did have the part(he called to make sure), but said I had to call asurion to get my claim switched to that store. I called and spoke to a man who I could barely understand. I continually had to ask him to repeat himself. He finally figured out what I was talking about but said I had to go to a different store which was over an hour away...he couldn't understand enough what I was telling him about the closer one having the part...then he immediately went into a sales pitch on covering my home electronics which I could barely understand and was about to sign me up before I cut him off. It was really off putting. The folks running your stores are super helpful and knowledgeable and professional, but the people answering the phones kind of soured the experience. Long story short...two seperate hour long drives back and forth to the third store (back to back days) and my screen is fixed. Like I said, the technicians are awesome but the process and definitely the guy on the phone could use some...
