I wish I could give a review about how my nails looked. I walked in the door she says to me how may I help you. I proceed to speak and she says again how may I help you. I say I would like….. she screams do you have an appointment? I say no I don’t. She says again how may I help you. I again get ready to say and I kid you not before I can say again she says how can I help you. Now mind you I have tried to say this several times. Very rude lady. Wouldn’t even let me speak. So when she said it the last time I was like you can’t help me. Nevermind! And I walked out the door. If you want to help someone you let them speak! I’ve tried coming here different times and every time I have left before I could get anything done. Today was the final time I try. One time I was told to go away and come back later. Ummmm no....

I have been coming here for YEARS! I am so very sad and disappointed by the way they handled my business today. I came in for a manicure and pedicure and they offered me a delicious pedicure, which I said yes too. Then, they said nevermind they could t because she had an appointment. Okay, no problem. Then for my nails I show her a simple design. She says she can't do it, so I said I can. I do it, because it is literally just dots. And then they proceed to charge me 60$ for doing my own nails. I made an appointment on Monday. That night 2 of my nails chipped on Christmas Eve. The manager , He did my nails...he had my cuticles bleeding. When i went into have them fix them..he did it in between customers n when i was done they were sticky. Christmas day, 5 of my nails, the paint was chipped off. I called n they told me to come in, they would look at them. I was told, i would have to make an appointment and the charge would be $20!!!!
