Avoid this place – Rae is the most irresponsible salesperson I’ve ever dealt with.

My boyfriend and I bought furniture here during Christmas 2024. When the items arrived, the armrest of one of the electric leather chairs was already damaged. We contacted Rae immediately, and she asked us to send photos. We emailed them — and then heard absolutely nothing back for over two weeks.

I went to the store in person, and she casually said she would “check the warehouse.” That was months ago. No follow-up. No update. No action.

We also ordered a bedroom cabinet that was supposed to take 2 months. It’s now been 5 months. We called Rae several times — every time she said she’d “check and call back,” but she never followed through. Not once.

Today we called the warehouse ourselves, only to find out that the cabinet had been sitting there for weeks. They didn’t even know who it was for.

Rae is completely unprofessional and unreliable. She makes promises and disappears. Once she gets the sale, she’s nowhere to be found.

I will never shop here again, and I strongly suggest you think twice before trusting anyone — especially Rae —...

We used Whitco for years, but for whatever reason, I decided to try our local Home Depot for carpeting. Service was terrible, cost was ridiculous. Worst of all, they couldn't give me any idea on when we could expect installation (maybe 2 months??) Went back to Whitco and met with Bob and was given the red carpet treatment (pun intended). He was informative, friendly, and extremely helpful in suggesting different ideas. He knew where the carpet came from and called to check stock. Install will be in 2 weeks!! Best of all, cost was $700 less than Home Depot. Don't know why I ever tried Home Depot, but will never EVER go anywhere else again...

I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received and the quality of furniture I have purchased so far. I am not done yet. I have ordered more. The entire staff I have dealt with has been so helpful and has the expertise to provide suggestions so that my new home will look fantastic. I don’t plan to shop anywhere else for furniture. If I need new flooring or window treatments in the future, I will call them first. I discovered this store by accident and am sorry that I did not find...
