The Computer Shop — Local services in Lower Paxton Township

Recently I was forced to find another place for my Computer business.

I had just spent $80.00 the day before to have another person attempt a fix from his home, but in my opinion he didn't know what to do with a sound issue I had.

You always worry when you chose a new computer fix it shop, so when I dropped it off at The Computer Shop, I was a little scared someone might enter my personal information. I had six issues that needed fixed.

John the owner made me feel comfortable. The shop and office were very clean. Ron serviced my computer and in fact had me bring in the printer the following date. He notified me I was out of black ink, ask me to purchase same, and the six problems were taken care of.

He only charged me for one day. I attempted to pay for the second day but he refused. He asked me to refer the company to anyone I know who might need service. I felt at peace and intended to write this letter because I needed to tell them as well as he public, what a good job The Computer Shot did.

Where to start ... these guys are just brilliant ! My computer runs better than when I bought it, and that's the truth. My computer is like one of those that cost a arm and a leg ! Just as fast as I look for something the results are like a blaze. Seriously, I can't say anything negative about these fellas - Ron, Dave & Noah know what they're doing in a fascinating way. I even got a 5 year guarantee along with a more than fair price. I promise these guys will have ya totally baffled about their knowledge and down home personalities - Thank you gents for doing me right ( which is a rare thing these days ) I know I won't be seeing y'all anytime soon, once again...

Very knowledgeable and fair pricing. I will be going here from now on with our computers. I should have gone here first, but my son wanted to go to Best Buy to fix his gaming computer. Best Buy said it had to be shipped out for service, and after two weeks they called saying it was "fixed", but when I went to pick it up, they said they didn't service iBuyPower computers and they cracked the outer case in transit. So I took my son's computer to the Computer shop, and a very helpful gentleman named John fixed his computer within 2 hours for a very reasonable price. Lesson learned - DO NOT go to Best Buy's Geek Squad....
