I can’t give a review on the atmosphere because I went through the drive-through however it was very convenient and they have a new fancy Bell that you ring and there’s a sign that tells you to watch the severe dip when you’re leaving which is great for my very low sports car!The person that took care of me on the phone was pleasant and helpful considering I needed to seek gluten-free products for one of my employees. They were also very accommodating and didn’t roll their eyes at me when I asked for everything to be cut in for for my employee meeting. I roll over the phone you can hear her attitudes , but there was none. not sure of her name. However, the person that took care of me in the drive-through was very pleasant very Bubbly and happy to serve me. Her name is Lily. I love to see that the youth is into their job the way that she was, and I hope that more kids can act like that , it’s a rarity to have a kid enjoy their job and I love the way that coffee times management has made it fun for these kids with competitions and TikTok post and their social media environment. Very inconsistent flavor wise, but staff yesterday was very nice and welcoming. Got a matcha yesterday and it was pure perfection. The right amount of milk and matcha and vanilla syrup. The staff yesterday was very bubbly and super sweet and overall amazing. Got 3 today and they were all not a good consistency of what matcha should be or look like. There was too much milk today, but yesterday it was very pigmented and green and today it was very light. We asked for vanilla syrup but still only tasted like milk.
