This store gives the worst service and adds charges you didn’t ask for. Long story but I ordered a phone. Said it will be in in two days and they would call. Called the store 3 days later said not delivered. Called the store next said not delivered. Looked on my Verizon app and it said it was delivered 2 days ago. Called a third time and said it wasn’t delivered. Told them my app said it was delivered. By some miracle now they found it. Told me someone would call and set up an appointment. No call so I drove over and got the phone after a long wait
Told me I have to pay a set up fee and I told them I am well capable of setting it up myself ( just did my wife’s phone 5 months prior). Said they will charge me whether I do it or they do it. Also added on a water protection fee that I didn’t ask for and never told me I was being charged for it.
Make sure you get a receipt as they won’t give you one unless you ask. Called the store to complain about this and they said they would call back but never did. Surprise surprise

Connor demonstrated that he was extremely knowledgeable, with an intended helpful spirit and simply kind in nature. I arrived there extremely stressed because my old phone was damaged beyond repair and not even powering on after many attempts to do so. I was out of town, completely desperate to find a solution. The moment i walked into the store and met Connor I could tell he genuinely wanted to find a feasible mutual solution. After giving the gift a few weeks later, the phone did not fit in the window without possibly cutting the window. Since I live in the area only part time, I returned to the store with the product as soon as I was back in the area, opened once and never used with the original receipt. Despite giving me the wrong information on the product, they sent me away because the receipt was beyond the return date.
