The UPS Store — Local services in Lower Township

I went in today to mail 4 packages and was told I need to print labels for them,( which i didnt because i had the bar code to be scanned), they also said they need to be in a Amazon bag, well they didn't come in one. He just insisted I do his work for him. I realize they are having issues with computers but this didn't have anything to do with that. I usually don't ever have a problem with this store. I appreciate the prompt, polite, and pleasant service. Every staff member is eager to assist you. This location is well-staffed so that you barely ever have to wait. The manager Andre is fantastic and goes above and beyond to get you what you need. He packed an unwieldy mini-trampoline for me, even though I had to send it back via FedEx. Had a problem with home delivery of a package, so I called the manager of this store Andre Paylak. He was knowledgeable and helpful and assisted me with re-directing the package to his store where he and his associate AJ cared for my package, called me to let me know it arrived and then helped load it into my car.
