Charlotte Russe — Local services in Loxahatchee Groves

The only reason this is getting a 2 is because of their customer service (the mall's). The Charlotte Russe at this mall has the RUDEST employees I've ever encountered.

My mother was shopping (and bought two dresses) around in the store with her 3 year old toddler. My sister started to cry and throw a tantrum (as most toddlers do) and the employees all turned to look and say "oh hell no", "my kid would never do that" along with another, PREGNANT, customer. My mom confronted them and shamed them on how they can be so judgmental towards another mother (especially one being pregnant not knowing what's in store for her) and was asked by all the employees to leave.

I went to return the items we purchased and asked for corporates number. One of the employees then mumbled under her breath, "these crazy b*tches" and when I confronted her about it, her coworkers had to HOLD HER BACK from me. Unacceptable.

All upper corporate managers will be hearing about this.

Thankfully the Wellington Green Mall's customer services provided us with all the names and phone numbers we needed.

This store has terrible customer service and treated my cousin like a criminal when she was trying to exchange her items. She went in today and they really called mall security and lied on her which thankfully other people was around and took up for her to security and told them that she wasn’t rude nor did she threaten the girl. She just asked why couldn’t she get a store credit because today is tax free and the store is packed with people. My cousin suffers from anxiety and doesn’t like to be around large crowds of people because she can have panic attacks which is why she wanted the store credit so she can come back when it’s less busy but they treated her like a crook....

I am extremely upset I went to Charlotte Russe in Wellington yesterday to buy a pair of heels when I purchased the heels I went home to find that the sensor was still on not able to take the sensor off I went back today spending my gas money my time and just because I didn't have my receipt Ashley from Wellington did not want to help at All what so ever!!!!Now I'm stuck with these heels with the sensor on them not knowing what to do have a huge event Saturday and this is Total let down just because employees didn't double check I now have to suffer Great!
