This place used to be decent but now is a catastrophe to be avoided at all cost.
At any given time there is ONE competent employee (Eric), the rest are teenagers with zero knowledge, motivation, or even the most basic skillset to do this job. While there is, however, ONE competent employee, it simply isn't enough and he gets overwhelmed quickly.
The selection at this store is OK, but nothing spectacular. You'll maybe find one or two suits in your size that look somewhat good.
The measuring area is a mess. Without the ONE competent employee, good luck getting this done correctly or even in a timely manner. In some cases the wait for sizing exceeds an hour.
Most recent experience was horrible. Several screaming kids using the racks and chairs are a jungle gym. The staff didn't seem to care and didn't even request the parents to control the children. At one point, one of the kids tried to breach a dressing room where someone was inside. It was quite comical but not a shopping experience one would want or expect from MWH. Oh and the most recent wait time there that night was 1.5 hours. Pretty abysmal.
Prices are pretty standard for suits (around $400-$500 for coat and pants), but accessories are way out of line. Poor quality neckties for $50, pocket squares for $30, and they don't even match (different brands).
Believe it or not, JC Penney had a better overall selection with no wait and much lower prices. I know, sounds insane but it's sadly true.

I left my business card for the manager with an employee after my horrible experience there. I felt the need to express my displeasure to the manager if I was going to continue to spend my money here. No call from manager. Next day my coworker goes in there to pick up some clothes he had tailored (I referred him to this store and they let him down too by the way) and he handed the manager my card again and told him to reach out to me because he let $1000 walk out the door. Still no call from manager. At that point I realized my loyalty was misplaced and my business was not wanted there. So I went to my old custom suit store before I moved to WPB and spent the $1000 with them instead. To be fair, both Ericās that work there are phenomenal guys. But thereās a serious issue with the culture at this store and that starts at the top. I HAVE ZERO PROBLEMS DRIVING TO PLANTATION TO DO BUSINESS. They appreciate me, remember my name and treat me fairly when Iām there. They made mistakes too but never let me leave feeling negatively about doing business there. Being shoppers with Men's Warehouse in the past, we decided to take some suits he had purchased a few years back. We went to this location & were greeting by sales associate/stylist Ixxi. Hands down one of the best experiences we ever had in a store. She took a look at my husband's past purchases & then proceeded to help & create several new outfits working with what we had. She properly took his measurements, educated us both on what is the most updated styles, and also showed us how to mix things up regardless if it is a dressy occasion/event , or a casual get together at home. No pressure sales, just honest to goodness advise & suggestions. Not only did we add onto what we already had, but we had such a great experience, we ended up purchasing lots more flattering items including shoes, belts, dress shirts, dress blazer & more. If your looking for a store to really give you the help that your looking for, then definitely go into this location! We most certainly will be going back again!!!
