I visited this store as my college son told me about this crystal store and since we were in the mall we went to check it out. No one helped or greeted us. As I was looking for items they didn't have a basket or bag to put items in so your hands wouldn't be full. I placed my crystals down as I was looking up a crystal and when I went to pick them up, one slipped out my hand and cracked. One stated "oh geez what did they break" with attitude the other employee came to see what was broken. I handed him what I picked up and apologized he picked up a smaller piece I missed and said to the attitude employee that it was only a $7 crystal. I told him I would pay for it and the one with attitude told the other employee when he got back behind the counter "she does know she has to pay." I looked at him and said "I already said I would pay for it." The other employee tried to save face and stated "you'd be surprised how many will put it back and not pay." I told him I'm not that type and I will pay for it. The attitude employee asked the other what the crystal looked like and he showed him. The other employee asked if he could give a discount. Attitude employee said "I guess we can." From there I put all my other items back paid full price for the item that cracked and left. You don't treat any customer like that. I absolutely love these Turkish lamps! Prices are very fair. I recently did the lamp making workshop they offer Fridays & Saturdays! It was a blast with many color tiles to choose from. All items required are included and tea and treats were also provided. Super fun 2-3 hr activity for any weekend. Highly recommend!
