This Gamestop is my go-to! Jayton is excellent, Lilly and Braydon along with the rest of the staff are also phenomenal. These guys go out of their way to make sure that things go smoothly and help you to find products even if they're not available at this location!
I have never seen anyone have a single legitimate issue with any staff at this Gamestop. I've actually never seen anyone have ANY issue here besides a few disgruntled people in line for pokemon drops. These people made claims that things were not done fairly after showing up too late for the drop, ending up waaaaay too far in line, and then felt like it was everyone else's fault and responsibility to get them the product they wanted. Definitely not the staffs fault or anyone else's but people have difficulty accepting things when they don't get what they want.
I buy pokemon products to rip and collect with my kids and now with Gamestop limits due to scalping they actually have to come wait too if they want products. So people being upset and wanting to throw tantrums is crazy to me when 1)My kids beat you to the line and waited for their product like everyone else and 2)literally I'm the only one (besides 1 other person) who gets in line with their kids for product while every other person in line is a grown adult. Most likely they're scalpers but idc that's their business, just don't be mad when actual collectors get in line before you and get the product, that's how lines work and staff going off of the order of the line in an orderly fashion is not them doing anything wrong.

There were more than 20 ETBS, booster packs, booster bundles, blooming water sets, blister packs, mini portfolios, and 10 boxed EX sets. When the store opened, he told us that instead, he was going to sell 2 unique items per person and allowed his friend to cut the line, selling him well beyond this stated limit.
